Position: Customer Service Manager

About: A company in Bronx, NY and Long Island City, NY is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-7 customer service agents. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee operations and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels like phone, email, chat, and in-person support. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who sets and achieves high performance standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least 2 years of managerial experience in customer service; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of customer service processes and industry trends; proficiency with customer service software and applications; ability to adapt and remain diplomatic in difficult situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment; multitasking and task prioritization abilities; willingness to work in a team environment
