Position: Customer Service Manager

About: The Charlotte Area Transit System’s (CATS) Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, promoting positive customer relationships, resolving issues, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promoting these ideas throughout the CATS organization. This position oversees and manages the CATS Call Center, Pass Sales Center, the future planned CATS Ambassador Program, CATS Fare programs, and other customer service activities. The CATS Customer Service Manager maintains high-quality service standards, addresses customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborates with various departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, public relations, communication, or a related field required; minimum three (3) years prior similar experience in a customer service role, including a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, but not required; equivalent combination of formal education and appropriate related experience may be considered
