Position: Customer Service / Associate Client Support Consultant
About: ADP, a global provider of cloud-based human capital management solutions, is seeking Associate Client Support Consultants. In this role, you will be the front-line support for clients, assisting with issue resolution, training on ADP technology, and maintaining client satisfaction. Requirements: At least one year of customer service or HR/HRIS practitioner experience; ability to work overtime during peak seasons; college degree not required but preferred; strong communication skills; flexibility to handle high call volumes and diverse client needs
