Position: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
About: Customer Experience Managers (CXMs) at The Home Depot oversee store standards including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes. They coach associates, address customer service escalations, and ensure a safe opening and closing process. CXMs are responsible for teaching and training associates on company policies, maintaining safety standards, and handling customer concerns effectively.
