Position: Customer Experience Consultant – Remote

Requirements: Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment; strong listening skills and customer focus; high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals; excellent written and verbal communication skills; capacity to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to adjust schedules as needed by the business; residence within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
