Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – ATL Airport
About: The role of the Member Service Professional (MSP) at American Express is to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge, located in the ATL Airport. MSPs act as ambassadors of the brand, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to American Express Card Members.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer confident recommendations; Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude; Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment; Ability to make quick and effective decisions; Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively; Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Light to moderate lifting may be required
