Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent; minimum of six (6) months’ experience in KanCare Medicaid programs; minimum of six (6) months’ experience in customer service; strong computer skills with the ability to navigate complex software systems; MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage experience
