About: We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in North Miami. The position involves being the first point of contact with customers, providing information, and directing inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Requirements: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required; one year of customer service-oriented experience in a position with high walk-in traffic; intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite; preferred bilingual in English and Spanish; must maintain a polished, professional appearance; highly reliable and punctual
