Requirements: High school diploma required; some college preferred; 1-3 years’ work experience; typing speed of 30+ words per minute; ability to prioritize and multitask; follow written and verbal instructions; perform duties with urgency and accuracy; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement; completion of pre-hire typing assessment; successful completion of paid training and certification exam as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator
