Position: Customer Accounts Manager
About: Aaron’s is currently seeking a Customer Account Manager to drive the success of their stores by leading the customer accounts department with a focus on collections and lease renewals. The role involves strategically influencing team performance to help customers achieve ownership goals.
Requirements: At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License; Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly; Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
