Position: Customer Accounts Manager
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Managers play a crucial role in driving the success of the company’s stores by leading the customer accounts department to achieve company standards for collections and lease renewals. They strategically influence team performance to help customers achieve ownership goals and handle various job functions under the General Manager’s direction.
Requirements: At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License; ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly; two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in computer skills
