Position: Customer Accounts Advisor (Hiring Immediately)
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. They build relationships over the phone and in person to facilitate ownership. Skills include empathy, listening, organization, and negotiation. The role involves managing customer accounts, persuading lease agreement renewals, meeting revenue goals, assisting with merchandise returns, and maintaining company vehicles. Must have US Driver’s License, be at least 21 years old, lift up to 50 lbs., have retail/customer service experience, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements: United States at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License; Must meet DOT certification requirements; Ability to work flexible hours; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; High energy and ability to multitask effectively; Proper telephone etiquette; Proficient computer skills
