Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s is looking for a Customer Accounts Advisor to serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and ownership. This role involves building relationships with customers to help them achieve ownership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 21 years old in the United States with a valid driver’s license; ability to work a flexible schedule; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance; two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in computer skills; uphold company brand and assets; maintain professional appearance
