Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure customer satisfaction with the products. They build relationships over the phone and in person to facilitate ownership. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively. Customer Account Advisors at Aaron’s play a crucial role in maintaining customer accounts, promoting timely lease agreement renewal payments, and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license; ability to work varying hours; retail/customer service experience preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
