Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s is currently hiring Customer Account Advisors who serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves building relationships with customers to help them move closer to ownership.
Requirements: United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License; Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance of a dolly; Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient computer skills
