Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure customer satisfaction. They build relationships to help customers move closer to ownership.
Requirements: United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; Must meet DOT requirements in required states; Ability to work flexible hours; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance; Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; High energy and ability to multitask effectively; Proficient computer skills
