Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s is currently seeking Customer Account Advisors to join their team. Customer Account Advisors at Aaron’s serve as customer coaches, focusing on payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves building relationships with customers to guide them towards ownership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License; ability to work varying hours; retail/customer service experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
