Position: Custodians – Baldwin County Schools
About: Baldwin County Public Schools is in need of Custodians to provide excellent custodial and facilities operation services, ensuring clean, safe, well-maintained, and efficient educational environments for students and staff. The position involves supporting supervisors in diagnosing and correcting facilities issues and managing school equipment and resources effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to meet suitability criteria for employment/certification licensure under the Alabama Child Protection Act; demonstrated skills in maintenance trade tools, equipment, and materials; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, estimate project needs, work in various environments; physical strength and agility for manual tasks; high level of personal initiative and punctuality; willingness to work flexible hours and after hours as needed.
