Position: Custodian/Housekeeper
About: The Custodian/Housekeeper position is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Reporting directly to the Property Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician, the Custodian/Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all areas of the property are well-maintained and presentable to residents and guests. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor. The role requires physical mobility to walk the property and perform necessary tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; ability to follow instructions and work independently; physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks throughout the property; good communication skills to report any issues or incidents to the supervisor
