Position: Custodian
About: Diversified Maintenance is currently seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian at Diversified Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, following prescribed procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment usage, and ensuring the cleanliness of restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred; knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures effectively
