Requirements: High school degree or GED required; 6 months experience in the housekeeping industry, preferably 2 years in a post-secondary institution; understanding of cleaning methods, custodial equipment, and supplies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally climb up to 15 feet, and handle exposure to various environmental factors; physical tasks including pushing/pulling equipment and occasional operation of tools like hedge trimmers and pressure washers.
