About: Pathfinder is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Floor Maintenance Coordinator. This position involves overseeing cleaning activities and floor maintenance in assigned buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and upkeep are maintained. The role also includes assisting with custodial tasks when needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred; ability to coordinate and supervise tasks effectively; knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and waxing; proficiency in janitorial services like restroom cleaning, floor sweeping, and carpet vacuuming
