Position: Custodial Worker
About: The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System. It helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank and savings and loan holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government. The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. You will perform varied housekeeping tasks to maintain Bank premises, equipment, and furniture, reporting to the housekeeping supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Housekeeping experience and training preferred; Minimum two years in a similar field or similar/larger facility; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to read directions or instructions from work orders, manufacture specifications, or correspondence; Ability to distinguish colors of materials, sizes, and shapes; Valid driver’s license required; Physical requirements include the ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work unscheduled/irregular hours
