Position: Custodial Specialist (Laundry)
About: Fora Health, a leading provider of substance use disorder and mental health treatment in Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Custodial Specialist to join their team. The Custodial Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and inventory of linens, laundry, and patient belongings while upholding the core values of the organization.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for extended periods; effective verbal and written communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); basic assessment skills for laundry issues; willingness to work across multiple facilities in the Portland area; bilingual applicants encouraged; certification of a minimum of six months’ sobriety for candidates with substance use disorder history; DHS Background Check Approval or alternate Criminal History Check agency approval; successful completion of Drug Test and Tuberculian test with negative results or evidence of non-communicability
