Requirements: Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred; strong knowledge of grilling techniques and the ability to execute various levels of doneness; ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment; commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation; excellent communication and teamwork skills; flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
