Position: Culinary Lead

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record of coaching and developing team members; ability to cross-train across restaurant operations; experience in a leadership role in a kitchen environment preferred; strong communication skills; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various temperatures
