Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record of coaching and developing team members; ability to lead and develop teams effectively; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; capability to work in various kitchen roles; physical ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in different temperature conditions
