Position: Culinary Event Coordinator
About: Sprouts Chef Training is a culinary training organization in the Bay Area that enables youth to rise from hardship through culinary training and job placement. They pair youth with chef mentors and case managers to develop the skills needed for culinary jobs, ultimately empowering them to secure stable employment.
Requirements: Genuine excitement and personal alignment with Sprouts Chef Training mission and theory of change; Ability to thrive in a remote/virtual work environment; Experience with event organization and onsite execution with a team; Assertive, proactive approach to communication; Familiarity with various online platforms such as Google Sheets, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc; Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented; Exceptional communication and writing skills; Able to make and meet strict timelines
