About: Join the Culinary Team as an Intermediate Cook 2 at Andare restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Seattle, offering an hourly rate range of $27.80/hour to $28.36/hour with exciting benefits and perks for colleagues.
Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; good communication skills; 2 years of previous line experience preferred; Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred; able to stand for long periods of time; able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills; able to work multiple stations in the kitchen; able to produce at a high volume level; strong knife skills are required; requires moderate supervision and training; must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must have a local and valid Food Handler’s Card
