Requirements: Has a “can-do” attitude, sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment towards work responsibilities; provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills and a friendly attitude; willingness to learn and grow; excel in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision; exhibit polite and respectful behavior at all times; ability to stand for long periods, lift items (typically 10-30 pounds), handle money, make transactions, and provide correct change when necessary; follow health and safety standards, including hygiene practices and proper food handling procedures; reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic; ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments and multitask
