Position: Crew Members
About: Sky Zone is an entertainment park that is currently seeking Crew Members to join their team across various departments. They offer a fun and dynamic work environment where play is a fundamental part of the job. Positions available include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk Membership Sales, and Team Leader. Employees are expected to work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to ensure a friendly and memorable customer experience while prioritizing safety, health, and cleanliness. Specific compensation and job duties will be discussed during the interview process based on individual interest and park requirements.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ for Team Leads); Comfortable engaging with large groups of people; Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Previous customer-facing experience in industries like entertainment, retail, service, or fitness is beneficial; Customer service or sales experience is a plus; Ability to stand, move around, and lift at least 20 pounds
