Position: Crew Member, Cashier, Cook, Drive Thru
About: A Bojangles restaurant is seeking a Crew Member to support customers and provide a positive customer service experience while offering quality products. The establishment maintains an inviting work environment and values reliability and strong work ethics in its team members. Crew Members may hold various job titles such as Cashier, Biscuit Maker, Cook/Grill, Packer, or work in Drive-Thru positions.
Requirements: Age requirement of 16 or older; ability to communicate and handle situations professionally; comfortable with menu descriptions and suggestive selling; professional appearance adherence; basic math skills for cash handling; ability to multitask, stay positive, focused, and supportive of co-workers in a fast-paced environment; flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand long term, lift products up to 50 lbs, bend, and squat as needed; background check required; knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety practices
