Position: Crew Member
About: Sky Zone is a recreational facility seeking Crew Members to join their team across various departments. They provide a fun and dynamic environment where play is the focus. The available part-time positions include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk Membership Sale, and Team Leader. All positions involve close interaction with park members, guests, and colleagues, with an emphasis on delivering a friendly and memorable customer experience while upholding safety, health, and cleanliness standards. Specific compensation and job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process, tailored to the candidate’s interest and the park’s requirements.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older; comfortable engaging with large groups of people; flexible availability during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) preferred but not required; customer service or sales experience is a plus; ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods; capable of lifting a minimum of 20 pounds
