About: Bruster’s Ice Cream is looking for enthusiastic Crew Leaders to lead and motivate the restaurant team in providing the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction, ensuring a personalized and friendly ice cream experience for every guest visit.
Requirements: Previous restaurant experience; ability to use or learn to use job-related equipment and tools; willingness to work various shifts including weekends and nights; excellent customer service and communication skills; personal hygiene practices; team leadership and motivation abilities; adaptability to fast-paced environments; strong organizational and time-management skills; good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills; minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent; dependable with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
