Position: Creative Fragrance Manager

Requirements: University degree relevant to the industry/position; 7+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry; demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex evaluation projects; knowledge of perfumers’ themes and collections; ability to dissect a fragrance, offer intuitive and creative ideas within the project’s scope; broad knowledge of market dynamics and olfactory trends; opportunistic mindset – able to balance speed of response and fragrance quality
