Position: Craft Acquisition Specialist
About: Baker Construction, a leading specialty concrete contractor, is seeking a Craft Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting skilled craftworkers for various construction projects, collaborating with hiring managers and business unit leaders to meet staffing needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years related recruitment experience or 4 years prior experience in recruitment, preferably in construction or equivalent combination of education and experience; Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate, read, and write in both languages; Strong proficiency with Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong proficiency with recruiting job boards/platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
