Position: CP – Regional Director of Resident Care (RN) Regional Director of Resident Care, RN (Northwest)
About: Century Park, a leading senior living company in the Northwest Region, is seeking a dedicated Regional Director of Resident Care to join their team. This position will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The Regional Director of Resident Care RN reports to the Regional Director of Operations and plays a crucial role in achieving Century Park’s quality and financial objectives at each community.
Requirements: Must be an RN with at least three (3) years of successful nurse supervisory experience, preferably in senior services, and possess knowledge of federal and state industry regulations. Two years of multi-site experience is preferred. CPR certification required. Must be willing to travel extensively and demonstrate effective communication skills. Knowledge of nursing administration practices and procedures in the senior services industry is essential.
