Position: Courtyard Boulder Longmont – Barista-Restaurant 1
About: This position as a Barista is to support a hotel’s financial goals by operating the Starbucks facilities and other areas within the Food and Beverage departments. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and food to guests to maintain high-quality standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue. The hotel is located just 15 minutes from Downtown Boulder, close to the University of Colorado Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Planet Bluegrass, offering complimentary WiFi, on-site dining, indoor pool, fitness center, and modern amenities.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling; preferably previous Barista experience. Must be friendly, customer-centric, maintain a professional appearance, and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to handle cash, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
