Position: Counter Sales Associate
About: Baker Distributing, a wholesale HVAC distributorship based in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Counter Sales Associate to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry; strong background in technical support, HVAC parts, customer service, and sales with intermediate MS Office capabilities; knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level; excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service focus; ability to work independently, meet assigned goals, and multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong and creative problem-solving skills; must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver’s License.
