Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; 7-8 years of experience in event management, corporate meetings, or incentive program planning; Experience working with corporate stakeholders, C-suite leaders, and external vendors; Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under high-pressure deadlines; Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Deep understanding of travel, hospitality, and event production logistics; Demonstrates strong customer focus, professionalism, and adaptability in fast-paced environments; Comfortable with frequent travel, evening and weekend work as required for program delivery; Must have a valid driver’s license and current passport
