Position: Corporate Food and Beverage Manager
About: Charlestowne Hotels is seeking a Corporate Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. This role involves supporting and executing culinary functions at assigned properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while maintaining quality offerings. The position allows for remote work with travel involved as needed for property support.
Requirements: Must possess and maintain active ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Alcohol certification; some post-secondary education in an F&B relevant discipline is preferred; minimum of 3-5 years relevant Food and Beverage experience; willingness to travel up to 100% of the time
