Position: Corporate Events Planner

About: Waystar, a leading healthcare payments platform, is seeking a Meeting Planner to join their Corporate Events team. The Meeting Planner will play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless events, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, providing on-site support, and ensuring exceptional experiences for team members and clients.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field; 2-4 years of experience in event planning or meeting coordination; Proficiency in managing meetings in Cvent; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Proficiency in Microsoft office products, especially Excel; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Ability to work on weekends and longer hours when necessary; Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; Ability to travel (approximately 5-10%); Outstanding customer service skills; Excellent work ethic; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities
