Position: Corporate Events & Marketing Manager
About: Effie Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Events and Marketing Manager with five or more years of comprehensive experience in special-event planning/execution and marketing. This individual will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for a range of tasks related to Optica’s industry program planning, vendor sourcing and oversight, speaker and registration administration, online production support, budget oversight, promotional planning and execution, as well as post-event evaluation and reporting. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to effectively communicate with stakeholders in a fast-paced non-profit environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, or operations studies are a plus; three or more years of experience in developing, organizing, and executing C-level industry events; strong track record in program development and completion; experience in client support and service; exceptional attention to detail; excellent problem-solving skills; outstanding time-management abilities; excellent written and spoken English language skills; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; organizational, administrative, and IT skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 20% per year; flexible work schedule to accommodate international interactions
