Position: CORPORATE EVENTS ATTENDEE COORDINATOR
About: Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Corporate Event Attendee Coordinator to manage the end-to-end registration process and provide exceptional on-site support for large-scale events in Los Angeles, California. The role involves overseeing attendee registrations, managing logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring smooth event operations and post-event feedback analysis.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field; organizational and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; willingness to work flexible hours; proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Mail.
