Position: Corporate Event Sales Coordinator
About: WCF Events, a division of Windy City Fieldhouse, is a corporate team building and entertainment company serving the Chicagoland community for over 20 years. WCF Events is looking to add a Sales Coordinator to its sales team who is highly motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple projects at one time. Event industry experience is a plus.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 1 to 3 years of job experience in sales support preferred; Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and G-Suite preferred; Must be willing to work 45 to 50 Hours per week; Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends; Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chicagoland area; Experience in successfully communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing; Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and be detail-oriented; Excellent client relation skills; Proficiency in computer applications; Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrates a proactive approach and high energy level
