About: NewEdge Capital Group is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead premium event programming and strategic sponsorship initiatives. The role involves creating exceptional experiences for elite financial advisors and managing valuable partnerships with industry sponsors. Remote candidates considered. The Event Marketing Manager will serve as the primary internal resource for destination conferences and meetings, providing expert guidance, coordination, and nurturing sponsor relationships. Excellence in matrix leadership is key, working through existing team structures to ensure high-quality event execution and revenue generation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration, or related field; 7+ years of corporate event planning experience, preferably in financial services or professional services; proven track record of managing high-end corporate events and conferences; experience leading without direct reporting relationships; demonstrated success in managing sponsorship programs; strong relationship management, vendor negotiation, and budget management skills; outstanding project management and organizational capabilities; superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to build consensus and drive results among stakeholders.
