Position: Corporate Director of Operational Support

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a related field (multi-property experience preferred); strong background in operational strategy, process improvement, or project management within the hospitality industry; proven ability to analyze complex data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and drive results; highly organized with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both senior leadership and on-property teams; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google environments and experience with project management or data visualization tools; ability to travel as needed to support properties and initiatives
