Position: Corporate Communications Manager

We are currently seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team in Miami, FL. This role involves crafting and distributing strategic communication materials to engage with employees, franchisees, and external stakeholders, aligning with the organization’s priorities and goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience; Public relations/communications in-house or agency experience is a plus; Franchise or QSR industry experience is a plus; Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills; Strong understanding of corporate and internal communications, executive visibility, and reputation management; Ability to analyze business and audience needs for effective message delivery; Independent decision maker and critical thinker; Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail; Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to adapt writing style for various platforms and channels; Knowledge of communication metrics and analytics; Familiarity with AP style and visual tools like infographics and images.
