Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years experience; proven track record of supporting marketing/prospecting programs for event revenues; excellent communication and collaboration skills; creative, energetic, outgoing personality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; sales experience in catering and private events preferred; practical knowledge of food preparation and etiquette customs; knowledgeable of proper methods of food and beverage service, systems, controls, and costs; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
