Position: Coordinator Intake IPF PRN

Requirements: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date; Licensed Family Therapist (LFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse; Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date
